Utilizing our State and National Parks, we aim to develop strong, disciplined and resilient leaders through outdoor adventure, physical fitness and character building experiences.
Our Personal Training services are offered to all fitness levels and begins with a complimentary assessment to discover your goals, pertinent health history and motivations as to WHY you are prioritizing your health and well-being. This will be an opportunity for you and I to collaborate on an immediate action plan.
We do offer In Home as well as Virtual Personal Training services.

This Land Navigation class provides hands-on instruction in navigating outdoor terrain using a map and compass. Participants will learn how to read topographical maps, understand contour lines and terrain features, as well as compass fundamentals. With emphasis placed on decision-making, situational awareness and problem solving without reliance on GPS, participants will have the foundational skills to move confidently through varied environments.

Our hands-on Art of Fire class is designed for beginners and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Participants will learn how to safely build, light, maintain, and extinguish fires in camping environments. By the end of the class, participants will be able to build a reliable campfire in varying conditions while prioritizing safety, environmental stewardship, and outdoor readiness.

Whether preparing for Basic Training, improving PT test scores, or maintaining operational readiness, our Military Prep Training Program emphasizes strength, endurance, agility, and mental resilience, customized to support enlistment preparation or active duty readiness. Training includes and not limited to load-bearing exercises, ruck conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance to build a durable, combat-ready individual.
